Wessex Garages are currently recruiting Car Sales Advisors for our dealership in Penarth Road, Cardiff. Your responsibilities will include selling vehicles, as well as promoting finance, insurance products, and paint protection.

Job Specification

In this role, you will support customers throughout their buying journey—from their first interaction to driving away in their new car. With our comprehensive training program, you'll develop skills to engage customers, identify their needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards.

Person Specification

We value excellent customer service. Previous sales experience is not essential; we seek a positive, motivated individual eager to achieve and grow in a results-driven environment.

You should be organized, capable of processing detailed information, and committed to developing your product knowledge. With a strong work ethic and inspiring attitude, you will take ownership of your work, contribute to team success, and motivate colleagues to reach their full potential, helping to drive sales.

Key Information

• Working Pattern: 40 hours/week, Mon–Sat (1-hour lunch). Day off in lieu during the week, one late shift per week. Sunday work required during March and September.
