Job summary

CoreWeave’s Physical AI team is seeking a Principal Engineer for hyperscale simulation software. You will define the overall product and technical strategy, guiding architecture from bare‑metal topology through orchestration to customer‑facing APIs, and directly partner with enterprise accounts to translate capabilities into deployed, high‑value solutions.

You will influence cross‑functional stakeholders across product, research, and commercial teams to drive revenue and sector leadership in

Qualifications

Founding/leadership experience on deep‑tech platforms with successful deployment.
Hands‑on experience building real‑time distributed systems with latency and scale constraints.
Ability to navigate system architecture, product strategy, and business development angles.
Experience across full‑stack architecture, bare‑metal topologies, orchestration layers, and APIs.

Responsibilities

Define the overarching product and technical strategy for hyperscale simulation.
Shape the roadmap for GPU‑based simulation alongside product, research, and commercial stakeholders.
Lead architectural decisions across the stack—from bare‑metal to orchestration and APIs.
