Job summary

Evergreen Talent Group is seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages on a major hyperscale data centre in Blyth, Northumberland. You will own procurement through to final account, working closely with the Project Director and MEP leadership to protect the contractor's position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Economics or related field.
• Significant experience in MEP commercial management on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, cost control and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement of major MEP packages and manage subcontractor commercial obligations.
• Maintain budgets, cost-to-complete assessments and cost reporting.
• Provide commercial guidance to senior project leadership and package teams.
