Job summary

Rentokil Initial is recruiting a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our Croydon-based team, covering South West and South East London. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided.

The role offers a basic salary of £26,655 per annum plus a £2,000 yearly allowance, with expected OTE of £35,000+ and a full benefits package including a company vehicle and pension. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Be self-motivated, reliable and proactive.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Be capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across environments and premises.
• Work on an on-call rota (paid at enhanced rate).
• Offer valuable advice to customers when required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image at all times.
