Job summary

Fairfax Meadow, part of Sysco GB, seeks a Hygiene Supervisor to lead a team on the Derby site. You will organise daily duties, manage rotas and work with Operations to uphold hygiene standards across production, warehouse and amenities. You will ensure all hygiene records are complete and audit ready.

Ideally you have supervisory experience in a production environment, with a proactive, organised approach, strong communication and the ability to motivate colleagues in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within production or manufacturing.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and people‑focused with a proactive approach.
• Confident leader who communicates professionally at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operatives and organise daily duties and rotas.
• Ensure on‑shift hygiene across Production, Warehouse and amenities.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and compliance standards.
