Hunter Savage supports a leading food manufacturer in Belfast to recruit two Hygiene Team Leads. The role oversees hygiene operations, food safety, pest control, health and safety, waste management, and continuous improvement, while coaching a team and ensuring high standards across the site.

This is an onsite, full-time post with rotating shifts (Sun–Tue, every other Wed, then Thu–Sat, every other Wed). Salary £43,000–£45,000 plus benefits.

Competenze

• Experience managing a team in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with computer-based manufacturing systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of hygiene, pest control, food safety, HACCP and health and safety requirements.
• Desirable qualifications: Food Hygiene, Pest Control, COSHH, IOSH, Train the Trainer or Internal Auditing.

Mansioni

• Manage hygiene operations, cleaning schedules, inspections, audits and performance monitoring.
• Lead, coach and develop the Hygiene team, including recruitment, training, performance management and workforce planning.
• Manage pest control, food safety, health and safety, waste management and recycling activities.
• Maintain compliance records, investigate failures and deliver corrective actions and continuous improvement projects.
