Walker and Son is seeking a proactive Hygiene Shift Manager to lead our hygiene team in maintaining exceptional cleaning and safety standards in our bakery. This role involves ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, managing a team, overseeing deep cleaning schedules, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience hygiene management experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of health and safety standards.
