Job summary

Farmfoods are seeking Hygiene Operatives for our brand new distribution centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. The role offers a permanent full-time position with shifts 5 days from 7, including weekends, on a 37.5-hour week.

Starting in September, duties include warehouse cleaning, waste handling, recycling, and ensuring safety. We provide training, PPE, and a staff benefits package, with 15% staff discount and 30 days annual leave.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ for health and safety eligibility.
• Physically fit to meet productivity targets.
• Friendly, positive, hardworking attitude.
• Warehouse experience or manual handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean the warehouse on day-to-day basis, including bins and waste tasks.
• Collect recyclable materials and operate the bailer.
• Deal with spill and trip hazards promptly.
• Record damages to help reduce waste.
• Maintain yard areas and general site upkeep.
