Job summary

Finnebrogue in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Hygiene Operative to uphold strict cleanliness and hygiene across the production facility. You will work on a rota with 6am–6pm days or 6pm–6am nights, contributing to safe, high-quality product manufacture.

Upon successful completion of a 10‑week Level 1 training programme you’ll receive a skilled pay uplift to Level 2, with ongoing development and benefits within a supportive team environment.

The Role

Hours of work:

Dayshift 4 shifts per week from 6am - 6pm on a rota basis.

Nightshift 4 shifts per week from 6pm - 6am on a rota basis.

As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the production facility, ensuring a safe environment for the manufacture of high-quality products.

What it takes

Must be physically capable of meeting demands of the role. Upon successful completion of the 10 week Level 1 training programme you’ll be rewarded with a skilled competency pay uplift to Level 2.

You will be an enthusiastic individual who can work as a part of a team and can also work on their own and has the ability to work on all areas of the factory to make sure all standards required are achieved. All training will be provided.
