Job summary

Natures Way Foods Ltd is seeking a Hygiene Operative in Chichester. No experience required as full training is provided; you will help keep equipment and areas clean and safe for the next shift.

The role offers day shifts (7:00am–7:00pm) on a rotating 4-week rota with 14 shifts, plus a base salary and shift allowance, and a range of employee benefits including health cover and learning support.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Motivation and drive to perform hygiene duties.
• Experience in hygiene is beneficial but not required.

Overview

HYGIENE OPERATIVE | NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED | CHICHESTER FOOD PARK | AMAZING BENEFITS

Join Natures Way Foods as a Hygiene Operative and help keep our process lines running smoothly by ensuring everything is clean, safe and ready for the next shift. We provide full training, so no prior experience is needed - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The hours you’ll work:

You'll work a days only shift pattern, with 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Over a 4-week period, you'll work 14 shifts in total. A typical schedule is:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

With this rota, you'll enjoy every other weekend off, giving you regular time to rest, recharge, and plan ahead.

What you’ll do:

• Chemical washing of production machinery and surrounding areas
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals
• Operating and maintaining hygiene equipment
• Maintain accurate and up to date hygiene records in accordance with company procedures

What we’re ideally looking for from you:

• Previous hygiene experience in a factory or production environment
• Positive attitude
• Motivation and drive, with a willingness to learn
