Job summary

DoughGirl is seeking a hands-on Hygiene Manager to take ownership of cleaning across bakery, production, warehouse and offices in Wainfleet, Lincolnshire. You will lead the hygiene team, develop robust schedules and ensure audit-ready records for SALSA and HACCP.

This role requires strong food-safety knowledge, proven leadership, and a willingness to work hands-on to maintain the highest site standards. Permanent, on-site, salary to be confirmed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food-manufacturing hygiene management.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop a hygiene team.
