Now they're looking for someone who can help take those standards even further.
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective hygiene management system across the business, including:
You will have experience in a Hygiene, Health & Safety, Quality or similar compliance-focused role, within a food or fresh produce business
Conducting audits and risk assessments
Developing safe systems of work
Advising colleagues on H&S issues
Working with legislation and compliance requirements
Identifying, escalating and resolving issues
Using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You'll also need a full UK driving licence.
We're looking for someone who is:
Organised. Observant. Reliable. Proactive.
Someone who notices the small things, isn't afraid to challenge when standards aren't being met and has the communication skills to bring people with them.
A can-do attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt are key.
