Job summary

Zest is representing a well-established food manufacturer in the United Kingdom seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to lead the Hygiene department and uphold the highest cleanliness, safety and compliance standards across the site.

You will work with Production and Technical teams to align hygiene with operations, conduct audits, maintain equipment, support retailer and BRC standards, and deliver training across the factory floor. This is a hands-on role in a growing business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing a team within a hygiene or food manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Strong working knowledge of BRC and HACCP standards
• Previous experience working to retailer standards is essential
