Job summary

Rentokil Specialist Hygiene in Bristol is launching a Graduate Management Programme. You will start as a Specialist Hygiene Technician with a 6–12 month training plan across a defined area, delivering essential hygiene services, responding to emergencies, and gaining hands-on experience in cleaning and infection control.

After the initial training, there are opportunities for supervisory or sales roles based on performance. A strong training pathway and internal progression support are provided.

Qualifications

Minimum 2.2 degree in a BSc or a BA in Management/Hospitality/Logistics/Environmental Health degree.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong work ethic and customer service skills.
Flexibility to meet business needs.
Willingness to undergo a DBS check (if required).

Responsibilities

Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients.
Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on-call rota.
Provide expert advice and professional service to clients.
Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, and more.
