Job summary

Rentokil Specialist Hygiene UK is launching a Graduate Management Programme designed to launch high-potential graduates into frontline hygiene management roles. Start as a Specialist Hygiene Technician with a structured 6–12 month training plan across a defined region, building core hygiene skills, client service, and on-call experience.

You will pursue Level 1 and Level 2 hygiene qualifications and BESCA certification, with clear progression to supervisory or sales opportunities based on

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in a BSc or BA in Management/Hospitality/Logistics/Environmental Health degree
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills
• Flexibility to meet business needs
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (if required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients
• Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on-call rota
• Provide expert advice and professional service to clients
• Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, and more
