Job summary

Rentokil Specialist Hygiene in the UK is launching a Graduate Management Programme for ambitious graduates. You’ll start as a Specialist Hygiene Technician, with a 6–12 month training plan across a defined region, gaining hands-on experience in hygiene, biohazard cleanup, and infection control while earning Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications plus BESCA certification.

After the initial training, there are opportunities for supervisory or sales roles based on performance, with a strong internal

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in a relevant management/hospitality/logistics/environmental health field.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Flexible to meet business needs and undergo DBS check if required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential hygiene services to a diverse client base.
• Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in on-call rota.
• Provide expert advice and professional service to clients.
• Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, etc.
• Work towards Level 1/2 hygiene qualifications and BESCA certification.
