The Opportunity

Reporting to the Bakery Hygiene Manager, this role involves coordinating the site-wide Hygiene Management System, analyzing hygiene reporting and trends, and facilitating resource planning to meet our KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop weekly hygiene task and staffing plans, including forward planning for periodic tasks, in collaboration with the Bakery Hygiene Managers, Area Managers, Planning, and Operations teams.
• Support the Bakery Hygiene Managers in coordinating permanent and temporary labor forecasts.
• Review departmental risk assessments and document Safe Systems of Work for hygiene tasks across the site.
• Generate timely hygiene KPI reports and trend analyses for the bakery.
