Qualifications

• Hands-on technical background in operation, maintenance or management of engineering or research/test facilities.
• Experience with safety-critical infrastructure and teams of engineers, researchers and contractors.
• Experience with hydrogen or aviation fuel facilities would be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a hydrogen-focused aerospace test facility.
• Lead local technical staff and coordinate maintenance, upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure safe testing practices and compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers and contractors reporting to senior leadership.
