Job summary

Alpine F1 Team is seeking a Hydraulics Technician to join our Enstone facility. You will assemble, test and service hydraulic, heat rejection and low-pressure fuel components for the car, ensuring quality and on-time delivery to track side teams and dynos.

You will collaborate with Design & Engineering to refine procedures, maintain a safe work area, and support internal and external testing programs across race weekends and tests.

Responsibilities

• Assembly, test and service of hydraulic components and heat rejection components to high standards.
• Ensure ERP, stock management and factory systems compliance for all work.
• Deliver hydraulic components to high standards throughout lifecycle; right-first-time, on-time.
• Collaborate with Design & Engineering to improve assembly procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and proper equipment upkeep.
• Ensure components are delivered to internal and external rigs and support tests as required.
• Escalate issues impacting quality or delivery times.
• Work with teams to support continuous development and knowledge sharing.
