Job summary

M-Sport UK is seeking a Junior Hydraulics Technician to join our Hydraulics Department, supporting the build, testing and maintenance of high-performance hydraulic systems used across our motorsport programmes.

You will assist with assembly and testing of hydraulic components, fault-finding and repair, and preparation of parts to engineering drawings and quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe workshop and work closely with experienced technicians in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Educated to technician level with understanding of hydraulic, mechanical and motorsport components.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and engineering principles.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and prioritise workloads in a time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.
