Brimmond Ltd in Kintore is looking for an experienced Hydraulic or Mechanical Technician to join our workshop. The role involves assembling, testing and maintaining hydraulic and mechanical equipment, with potential on-site work onshore, offshore or internationally.

The successful candidate will work in the Workshop Projects department, reporting to the Lead Technician. This is a permanent, full-time role offering varied work, continuous training and progression within a diversified engineering

Qualifications

• Timeserved within a mechanical/hydraulic apprenticeship.
• 3-5 years' experience for Level2 Technician roles in hydraulic technician.
• Competent in assembling/fitting hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload.
• Excellent communication with internal and external contacts.

Responsabilités

• Assemble and test hydraulic power units, reelers, control panels and associated equipment (diesel/electrical/pneumatic).
• Spool hydraulic umbilical.
• Overtime may be required at short notice.
• Maintain QHSE objectives and workshop procedures, ensuring safety.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
