Rochdale Council is seeking a motivated individual to coordinate all aspects of work placements and to grow our work experience programme across the organisation.

You will manage placement opportunities, lead related projects and design training to improve the learner experience, with a focus on continual process improvement and high-quality offers for participants. The role supports hybrid working and career development within the council.

Responsibilities

• Enabling the streamlined process for work experience and identifying continous improvement opportunities
• Leading on projects relating to work experience and other placement opportunities
• Designing and delivering creative guidance and training courses to support the learning experience of those undertaking placements
• Proactively evaluating and reviewing the process and making recommendations that enable us to enhance our offer
