Zusammenfassung

Brown & Brown Insurance is expanding its Wholesale broking team in Milton Keynes or Leeds with a hybrid working model. You will manage broker relationships, place a range of medium to large risks across all industries, and negotiate with insurers to deliver client-focused solutions.

The role requires hands-on broking across SME to Mid-Corporate classes, strong communication, and proficiency with Acturis, Word and Excel. Travel to other offices is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of Commercial Insurance across SME to mid-market risks.
• Proven ability to build and manage broker relationships.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels and strong IT skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide proactive service to brokers in marketing and placement of risks using the Hedron panel of insurers.
• Develop strong relationships with Partner Brokers to support placement of new risks and identify opportunities.
• Build trading relationships across the Hedron panel of insurers.
• Understand emerging risks and provide insights into sector trends or gaps in current coverage.
• Focus on delivering the best results for our partner brokers.
• Support on tackling unfamiliar risks or approaching specialist markets to find solutions.
• Assist teammates with developing their knowledge as required.
