Lawes Consulting Group in West Yorkshire seeks an experienced Commercial Account Executive to take ownership of an existing book and drive new business growth. You’ll act as the face of the firm, advising clients on tailored insurance and risk management solutions with support from an Account Handling team.

You will grow the portfolio by networking, meeting clients, and presenting renewals, while ensuring FCA compliance and high service standards. Hybrid working is available.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Account Executive within commercial insurance broking.
• Strong commercial background across property, casualty, motor fleet and liability.
• Cert CII qualified (or working towards) with support for study.

Responsabilidades

• Retain and grow an existing book of commercial clients with a growth focus.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and self-generated leads.
• Understand each client’s business operations, risks and risk management approach.
• Present and tailor insurance solutions to secure renewals and new business.
• Negotiate with insurers to achieve the best outcomes for cover and premium.
• Collaborate with Account Handlers and teams to deliver excellent client service.
