Job summary

Oakley Recruitment is partnering with an expanding organisation to recruit an IFA Client Services Administrator on a full-time permanent basis in Bromsgrove. You will be the first point of contact for client queries, delivering excellent client service and supporting advisers with administration, AML checks and new business packs.

The role offers hybrid working opportunities, a contributory pension, medical plan, annual bonus and 25 days’ leave plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Investment Banking.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for client queries and requests.
• Deliver excellent client service and maintain relationships with advisers, clients and support teams.
• Coordinate with advisers to ensure client requests are handled efficiently from start to finish.
