Responsibilities include processing new business, maintaining client records, and liaising with clients and providers. Qualifications
Proven experience in an IFA/Financial Planning environment.
Solid understanding of pensions and investment products.
Strong communication and client service skills.
Responsibilities
Support the advice process and ensure clients receive efficient service.
Obtain provider information and client illustrations.
Process new business across pensions, investments, and protection.
Assist with research and fund switch reports.
Prepare client valuation reports and documentation.
Liaise with clients and providers to resolve queries.
Skills
Experience within an IFA/Financial Planning environment
