Wesleyan is seeking an Advice Optimisation Manager to lead strategic improvements across Wealth Advice, translating change into measurable outcomes. You'll work within a transformation programme to design and implement improvements that boost customer experience, adviser productivity and the value from tech investments.

The role requires collaboration with Advice, Operations, Risk, Technology and Data teams to embed changes across operating models, processes and journeys, while monitoring

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business transformation in financial services.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable efficiency or customer experience gains.
• Experience across multiple stakeholder groups and senior leaders.
• Strong programme, project or workstream delivery track record.
• Experience implementing process improvements and operating model changes.
• Analytical with ability to use data to identify opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic improvement initiatives.
• Design and implement future adviser and support operating models.
• Drive efficiency across customer journeys and internal processes.
• Support adoption of technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
