Job summary

Wesleyan in Birmingham is seeking an Advice Optimisation Manager to lead strategic improvements across the Wealth Advice business as part of a transformation programme. You will drive efficiency, improve adviser capacity and embed new operating models.

You will work with Advice, Operations, Risk, Technology, Change and Data teams to deliver measurable outcomes and ensure sustained benefits for the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business transformation or change initiatives in Financial Services or Wealth Management environments.
• Proven track record of delivering efficiency, productivity or customer experience improvements.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong programme, project or workstream delivery experience.
• Ability to define and implement process and operating model changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic improvement initiatives across the Wealth Advice operating model.
• Support design and implementation of adviser and support team operating models.
• Drive efficiency and productivity across customer journeys and internal processes.
• Support adoption of technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Monitor benefits realisation and ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to drive alignment and execution.
• Manage workstreams within broader transformation programmes.
