Job summary

Element Logic is seeking a Solution Architect to maximise the performance of automated warehouse solutions through innovative software, optimization, and expert guidance. You will bridge customers with Success, Delivery and Product teams, leading software‑related expansion projects and identifying optimisation opportunities.

You will combine technical expertise with logistics understanding and customer-facing consultancy skills to improve operations and deliver long‑term value.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Logistics, Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• Experience with software solutions, system integrations, or warehouse automation.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL and database technologies.
• Understanding of Windows environments, IIS, Cloud technologies, and Azure.
• Experience installing, configuring, testing, and supporting software solutions.
• Understanding of logistics processes, warehouse operations, and supply‑chain systems.
• Experience in customer‑facing consultancy, technical support, or solution‑design roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead software installations and related activities for customer expansion projects.
• Identify opportunities to optimise warehouse processes and system performance.
• Support implementation and ongoing development of Element Logic software including eManager, eHub, eController, eOperator, and AutoStore integrations.
• Plan and facilitate optimisation workshops with customers to identify improvements and best practices.
• Participate in SLA meetings and present software updates, developments, and new functionalities.
• Coordinate activities between Customer Success, Delivery, Product Development, and customer stakeholders.
