Job summary

MK Personnel Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a dynamic role in Hinckley combining warehouse duties with delivery driving. You will support a busy distribution centre, fulfill orders, load vehicles, and operate as a delivery driver as you progress to full-time status.

We value reliability, energy, and a positive attitude. DBS check is required. Expect shifts 6:00am–10:00pm with modern facilities and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• No more than 3 penalty points.
• Experience driving a 3.5-tonne Luton van.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Forklift experience/licence would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 6:00am and 10:00pm, any day of the week.
• Rotas generally provided around 3 weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• In the warehouse: pick and pack equipment for delivery, load/unload vehicles, move stock, keep the area organized and safe, work with the team.
• On the road: drive a company van, deliver to sites across the UK, ensure on-time delivery, present a friendly professional image, assist installation teams.
