Paragon Banking Group Plc is seeking an experienced Treasury/Financial Markets professional to join its dynamic Treasury function in the UK. You will support liquidity, funding and investment strategies while working alongside seasoned professionals in a high-performing team.

The role offers exposure to SMF operations, risk management and performance analytics, with hybrid working after probation and a focus on growth and development within the bank.

Qualifications

• Degree in a numerate discipline (min 2:1).
• 1–3 years' experience in Bank Treasury or Financial Markets.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute treasury products and manage funding/hedging activities.
• Monitor markets, yield curves and macro developments for decision support.
• Produce reporting and analytics for senior management and governance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with counterparties and clients.
