Job summary

Top 15 Firm is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join its growing Corporate Tax team across Manchester, Edinburgh, or Leeds. You will lead TP projects, manage DEMPE analysis and multi-territory engagements, and deliver practical pricing solutions for a diverse client base.

You will mentor junior staff, manage budgets and stakeholder communications, and work closely with TP Directors and Tax Partners to grow the regional TP offering in a collaborative, flexible hybrid environment

Qualifications

• Strong transfer pricing knowledge across TP design, documentation, and DEMPE analyses.
• Experience delivering practical, commercially-focused TP advice across industries.
• Ability to develop client relationships and grow the regional TP offering.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver transfer pricing projects, including TP design, documentation, DEMPE analysis, business restructuring, and multi-territory engagements.
• Provide practical and commercially focused transfer pricing advice across a range of industries and sectors.
• Work closely with Transfer Pricing Directors and Tax Partners to develop client relationships and grow the regional transfer pricing offering.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while proactively managing project delivery, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
