Job summary

Ventula Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager (Tax) to provide strategic transfer pricing support across policy, compliance and implementation. The role collaborates with business units, QSC and other functions to shape TP policy and responses to audits.

The ideal candidate has TP policy setting and audit management experience, and can drive cross-functional initiatives across the organisation. The contract is based in central London with a hybrid mix of onsite and remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in transfer pricing for tax purposes.
• Experience with policy development and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to TP policy and implementation, including APAs and IP transfers.
• Review and sign off outputs of TP processes and documentation reports.
• Lead TP aspects of local tax audits in multiple territories worldwide.
• Diagnose root causes of TP issues and design business-friendly solutions.
• Understand supply chain, R&D and commercial ops to align TP with tax goals.
