Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to support testing across software, hardware and device-based systems. You will perform manual and exploratory testing on physical devices and back-office software, ensuring end-to-end journey quality.

Qualifications

Hands-on testing across software, hardware and back-office systems.
Manual and exploratory testing of physical devices and software.
Experience with logs analysis and defect investigation.

Responsibilities

Perform manual and exploratory testing across software, hardware and back office systems.
Test physical devices including POS devices, ticketing equipment and validators.
Test station software and digital ticketing solutions.
Validate end-to-end customer journeys including ticket purchases and validations.
Execute test cases, record results and produce clear test reports.
Retrieve and analyse system logs to support defect investigation.
Identify appropriate testing types and levels for different systems and devices.
Collaborate across software and hardware environments to ensure quality.
