Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to tidy data cabling and install new communications cabinets across retail sites. Hybrid role with occasional travel to sites and mandatory coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

You will plan, schedule, and control project budgets and timelines, ensure documentation is up-to-date, and manage risks and issues while communicating progress

Qualifications

• Experience managing network infrastructure projects in multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of cabling, network hardware, and cabinet installations.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Prince2, or Agile methodologies.
• Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of network infrastructure projects.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Coordinate site surveys and cabinet/cabling installations.
• Ensure accurate network documentation.
• Serve as main point of contact for internal teams and vendors.
• Provide regular updates and manage risks and issues.
