Job summary

Mackin Talent is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a 12‑month contract in London (Kings Cross). The role collaborates with researchers, engineers, product, legal and policy teams to drive programs and remove blockers.

You will translate strategy into structured plans, manage interdependencies, track progress with metrics, and communicate clearly to stakeholders while maintaining momentum in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining or AI.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in an organized manner.
• Experience building relationships with stakeholders from cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional partners, communicating plans, progress and results.
• Ensure projects and tasks are prioritized, on time, with status updates and risk mitigations.
• Translate strategy into a structured plan, set up project structure, and align goals across teams.
• Drive execution of scope and manage interdependencies, risks and changes.
• Analyze data and translate it into actions, providing input to influence decisions.
• Communicate clearly in a timely and collaborative way.
