Softcat in Manchester is seeking an experienced Tech Tower Service Delivery Manager for internal progression within a fast-paced Managed Services team. You will be the primary point of contact for customer, partner and internal queries related to our Managed Services and own the relationship for aligned customers.

You will gather information, report back, facilitate improvements, and contribute to strategy, processes and CX programmes.

Mansioni

• Be the first point of contact for customer, partner and internal queries relating to our Managed Services for your Tech Tower.
• Act as the POC for the entire Service Delivery team, gathering information and reporting back into other parts of the business, facilitating improvements.
• Own the relationship for aligned customers, engaging frequently, reporting on services, and holding regular Service Reviews.
• Contribute to strategy, processes and the CX programmes within Service Delivery and support wider initiatives.
• Collaboratively build relationships within the business to promote Service Delivery and CX and share customer sentiment widely.
• Provide management with relevant insights to aid strategy development.
• Develop a deep understanding of Tech Tower stakeholders.
