Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking a proactive Technical Officer to provide first-line support for ContrOCC, the social care payments system. You will be the key contact for system users and stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, logging incidents, and contributing to service improvements.

The role involves data management, working with Adult and Children’s Social Care teams, and ensuring processes run smoothly while maintaining compliance and governance standards.

Competenze

• Experience diagnosing and resolving system or process issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data and records management.
• Knowledge of IT service management principles (ITIL/ITSM).
• Experience in Local Government or Adult Social Care is advantageous.
