Job summary

Heddlu Dyfed-Powys Police is seeking a Technology & Innovation Coordination Manager within the ICT Department to lead the integration of technology and innovation with policing goals, ensuring officers and staff have the best available tools.

You will develop and maintain the force's innovation repository, monitor new solutions from academia and industry, and collaborate with planning to highlight innovations in the S-PAC process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the alignment of technology and innovation initiatives with business goals to improve policing services.
• Develop and maintain the force innovation repository and monitor new innovations across policing.
• Build relationships with academic and private sector partners to strengthen innovation.
• Coordinate with the Planning and Assurance Manager to progress innovation highlighted during the S-PAC process.
