Yum! UK & Ireland and Europe is part of One Yum! Supply Chain COE, supporting KFC and Taco Bell with a unified procurement approach across technology, data, digital tools and partnerships.

The role leads the procurement of tech categories, drives supplier governance and negotiates contracts to enable faster insight and scalable restaurant growth across Europe. Hybrid role based from Woking with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of procurement experience, including technology, data, and digital spend.
• Experience sourcing or managing SaaS, data, AI, systems integration or strategic technology partnerships.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding, including pricing models and supplier performance.
• Ability to work credibly with cross-functional stakeholders across markets and functions.

Responsabilités

• Define procurement category strategy for tech, data, digital and partnerships.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contract governance and implementation planning.
• Collaborate with D&T, Legal, Privacy, Security, Finance and markets to define requirements and guardrails.
• Evaluate supplier capability, risk, data governance and long-term fit within the Yum! ecosystem.
• Build strategic supplier relationships to support KFC and Taco Bell markets across Europe.
• Drive value delivery, adoption tracking, and supplier performance reporting.
• Manage renewals, escalations and contract compliance with clear ownership.
• Track ROI, cost savings and risk reduction to deliver measurable business outcomes.
