Job summary

Kier Group in Northamptonshire is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the Construction TA team. The role is based in Rushden with flexible on-site and remote working, supporting end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies.

You will coordinate adverts, interviews and offers, source candidates, build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR, and act as a brand ambassador for Kier. The position emphasizes delivering an excellent candidate experience and efficient recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments.
• Ability to directly source candidates using multiple methods.
• Strong engagement skills with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure to deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office, applicant tracking systems and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process including adverts, interviews and offers.
• Source candidates and build shortlists from job boards and networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Promote Kier as a strong employer brand and EVP.
• Support recruitment events and act as first point of contact for enquiries.
