A full-service digital agency is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and manage client-facing platforms and internal systems. This hands-on role emphasizes cloud environments, especially Azure. You will handle technical incidents, perform system administration on Linux servers, and ensure platform stability. Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications in IT, Infrastructure, or Hosting Support.
• Solid working knowledge of Linux and core concepts.
• Familiarity with DNS, SSL, web servers, and networking fundamentals.
• Some exposure or interest in Azure and other cloud platforms.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical incidents and client escalations.
• Manage client cloud infrastructure with a focus on Azure.
• Administer web hosting environments including Linux servers.
• Support platform security and maintain access controls.
• Create and maintain platform documentation.
