Job summary

• Experience as Supply Chain Manager, Supply Planning Manager, Planning Manager or Head of Supply Chain.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to drive results and accountability across teams.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Influential leader capable of stakeholder buy-in and driving change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supply planning function across manufacturing and distribution to support service levels and costs.
• Manage supplier relationships, contract performance, and sourcing activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning processes, systems and ways of working.
• Manage budgets, team performance and capability development.
