Job summary

Solent Group is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the S&OP and SCM teams for UK stocked products and export orders. You will manage ERP data, coordinate purchase orders, production updates and shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics or inventory administration.
• Experience using ERP to process orders and maintain data.
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Supply Chain Manager with day-to-day administration and coordination across UK stocked products and export orders.
• Maintain SAP data including purchase orders, delivery dates, order status and item master data.
• Prioritise work to balance customer demand with urgent operational requirements.
• Attend S&OP and Supply Chain meetings, providing data and updates to highlight risks and actions.
• Raise purchase orders, seek approvals, issue supplier orders and follow up on progress and deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels, demand, and outstanding orders to identify shortages or excess stock.
