Thirteen Group is seeking a Supply Chain Co-ordinator on a permanent basis. The role mixes office, depot locations (Travis Perkins) and home working, with flexibility to come into the office as needed.

You will raise purchase orders, coordinate PPE requests and resolve supplier and customer queries to keep services running smoothly for customers. The role requires strong organisational skills, customer focus, and the ability to liaise across suppliers, colleagues and operational teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Customer focused with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or operations is beneficial.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Comfortable using IT systems for administration tasks.

Responsabilités

• Support key contracts, including Travis Perkins, and raise purchase orders.
• Coordinate PPE requests and resolve supplier and customer queries.
• Build relationships with third-party suppliers and colleagues to ensure timely delivery.
• Carry out administration and system maintenance tasks, keeping records up to date.
• Support management of compliance information and produce reports for various areas.
• Produce and analyse performance information to understand service delivery.
