Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to lead execution and innovative commercial solutions across Cyber & Intelligence and Space & ISR. The role, based in Gloucester or Manchester, is a 12-month fixed-term contract reporting to the Senior Manager (Contracts & Subcontracts).

You will manage subcontractors including SMEs, negotiate terms, and oversee costs, quality and schedule across the program milestones while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a national security context.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge of contract law.
• Experience in managing contract or subcontract negotiation and performance.
• Appetite for learning and growth.
• Desire to work, communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer value.

Responsibilities

• Enable bid capability and delivery through subcontracting.
• Manage subcontractors/SMEs to deliver customer solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, NDAs and terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on policies and practices.
• Manage costs, quality, schedule and performance per contract milestones.
• Develop supplier Statements of Work (SOW) with Engineering and Programme.
