Raytheon UK has an excellent opportunity for a Subcontracts Manager to join our team in Gloucester or Manchester, on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a unique opportunity to step into a Subcontracts Manager role leading execution and innovative commercial solutions across Cyber & Intelligence and Space & ISR. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager (Contracts & Subcontracts), you will influence mission-critical outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams at the forefront of national security. Our teams here provide DevSecOps at scale, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, cyber and geospatial intelligence capabilities to support the defence, intelligence and cyber sectors. Collaborating with customers and suppliers to deliver secure, mission critical systems using the latest technologies and innovations.
You will collaborate with and mentor junior team members. You will gain insight into personal and team leadership in a corporate environment. You will have access to a catalogue of learning materials curated to enhance your professional, technical, ethical and compliance awareness and knowledge. As a member of the Commercial and Subcontracts team you will participate in 'all-hands' gaining insight into the breadth of Raytheon's activities.
A Degree in Law, Finance, Business, Science, Engineering or other professional field. Working experience of SAP R3 in a Supply-Chain or Contracts role.
