Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to shape our workforce by attracting, selecting and hiring internal and external talent across Commercial, Corporate, Supply Chain and Operations.

You will partner with hiring managers, provide expert guidance on attraction strategies, map talent, build diverse pipelines and coach managers on interviewing. This hybrid role offers a permanent contract with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operational functions in a complex organisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with ability to influence hiring managers at all levels.
• Proven ability to build diverse talent pipelines and actively map talent pools.
• Experience coaching managers on interviewing and inclusive hiring practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activity with hiring managers to attract and secure diverse talent.
• Provide expert recruitment advice on attraction strategies and market insights.
• Partner with leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning and future capability needs.
• Conduct proactive talent mapping and pipelining for critical roles.
• Lead recruitment across Commercial, Corporate, Supply Chain and Operations functions.
