Job summary

Moonpig Group in London invites a Procurement Category Lead to join on a hybrid basis, with 1–2 days in the office weekly. You will shape procurement strategy, align with business priorities and drive supplier negotiations from strategy through implementation.

You will own key categories across operations, marketing and other strategic areas, leading sourcing activity, RFPs, renewals and SRM adoption, delivering measurable value while supporting broader objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of strategic procurement experience.
• Experience negotiating warehouse, operations/logistics and marketing contracts.
• Proven SRM experience including governance, compliance and escalations.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned to commercial objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Finance and Technology.
• Lead complex RFPs, tenders and sourcing projects from requirements to award.
• Manage and negotiate key warehouse, logistics and marketing contracts with a cost, quality, service balance.
• Drive change management across procurement initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate spend and increase value across categories.
• Ensure governance, risk, compliance and business continuity are considered in procurement.
