CIPD in Wimbledon is recruiting an Advert Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. You will partner with budget-holders, interpret financial data, and help shape strategic direction, while operating in a hybrid and flexible working pattern.

You’ll produce monthly management accounts, support budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecasts, and provide commentary for boards. The role requires a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent), strong Excel skills and experience with ERP

Formación

• Qualified accountant or equivalent experience.
• Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Proven budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear insights.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with budget-holders to interpret data and influence strategic direction.
• Produce monthly and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis.
• Provide timely information to support budget management.
• Support Directors with ad hoc financial analysis and commentary.
• Prepare monthly accounts and management accounts for teams.
• Deliver organisation-wide management accounts data and commentary.
• Assist with annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling forecasts.
• Provide variance analysis and commentary for Board reporting.
• Manage people as part of the role.
